Nothing new and exciting to report
I haven’t done anything positive in terms of eating or exercising. What will it take? My stomach roll getting bigger and bigger? I really hate the way my stomach looks. I really, really need to get my butt in gear. Really.
I need to pull out my inspiration page and remind myself of what my goal is. I need to get up earlier and take the extra 10 minutes it takes to make my scrambled eggs (in addition to my cereal or oatmeal…as per the menu plan).
Tomorrow’s plan…
Get up at least 15 minutes earlier
Have my OJ with greens+
Have breakfast (including my eggs…protein)
Remember to take my vitamins (remember! remember! remember!)
Have 2 snacks
Have 8 glasses water
Have a proper lunch and dinner
GET TO THE GYM!
