umm…a semi-slip

Okay…I confess. I had a teeny taste of a lemon wedge thingy that had some coconut on top. It was good. After that I had a taste of a fig type of lemon wedge thingy. That was good too. Having said that, I wanted to throw in the towel and skip my gym workout. Why not? I had already dipped into a non-menu temptation. I decided against skipping the gym and went anyway. So glad I did. One of the major factors in me going was knowing that if I went off track now, it would turn into two days, then three days, etc. That has been my pattern. So I went. It’s done and I worked off my two little treats. I’m ready for tomorrow. Oh…I didn’t add those treats into my calorie count only because they were home baked (brought in by boss) and I have no idea where to start in terms of entering the cals.

What a huge accomplishment to not give into the “well, today is ruined so I might as well eat everything in the house” trick. Be very proud of that!
