Im exhausted right now. I went to the gym this morning (I hadn’t been there since Wednesday) and I did a pretty good work out but now all I want to do is crawl into bed for the rest of the day. I snuck onto the scale this morning and weighed in a 170.4 *shock* that means my total weight lost so far now is 59 pounds. I feel good, but still feel like I have a long way to go. I’m still really frustrated with walmart though because their shirts fit sooooooooo small!! I tried on an extra large shirt this morning and it was way too small. *pout*. I will keep plugging away though, and I will make my goal.
I would be lying if I said that i didn’t miss Mcdonalds and the other foods lke that that I used to eat on a reg. basis. I have not had a big mac or anything from mcd’s since Dec, 2007. Seriously, that is unheard of for me…I used to go thru the drivethru at least 2 times (or more) a week. I do miss it, and I crave it but I know if i give into it then it might be the begininning of the end…so for now I have managed to stay away.
I did something silly this morning…I actually tried on my wedding dress. LOL My kids kept saying how I looked like a beautiful princess. I was happy that the dress zipped up nicely. I think I weighed about 180 when we got married, but my body is a LOT different now then it was then…even though I weigh less now…I was skinnier then. Funny how that works.
Anyway, gotta go plan some meals for the week. I hope everyone is doing well, and thank you for the comments about my pictures!
