I couldn’t live without potatoes. I could never do a plan that said I could not eat potatoes. mmmmmm They are so good! I have probably indulged a bit too much the past few days though. I had a baked potatoe yesterday with butter and sour creme, mashed potatoes the day before also with butter, and tonight I am planning another baked potatoe with sour cream and butter. I really have to watch the butter, I am trying to stay away from it. Its so hard though. Those butter sprays do squat for me when it comes to taters…gotta have the real thing! Anyway, potatoes really are a trigger food for me so I have to be careful.
I packed a lunch this morning for myself, and the twins. We took the lunches with us to the Y and they did their fit kidz activity. They play in the gym for 30 minutes and then go in the pool for another 30 minutes. During this time I was able to work out in the conditioning room upstairs and I didn’t have to pay for child minding. So, we ended up eating after they were finished and then came home later in the afternoon. Fun times!
I am so loving this weather. The girls are too. They have been playing outside for the past 4 days and it is sooooa awesome. Even my tulips are breaking thru finally. Spring has sprung! WOOHOO!
