1 turkey sausage

brocolli

carrots
butter (2 tspish)
1 HUGE massive rice krispy square.
Snacks
11 wheat thin crackers
2 wedges laughing cow cheese
carrot sticks
*** Crappy crap crap I ate WAY too many potatoes and my dessert was HUGE. Plus I snacked and I feel like I ate too much today. Damn it today was really hard to stay on track for some reason, I just wanted to eat everything
