Yep, today was weigh in day. It’s been a month since my last weigh in. I am 188.8 down 10 more pounds for a total of 42 pounds. I am happy. My next goal is 179 which I hope I achieve by June 1..

I’m amazed that you can hold out and only weigh yourself once a month. And then to see such great results, fantastic! And it also has to be so motivating to hear others comment on your progress. Sounds like you’re having a good week!!
