People are starting to comment to me that I have lost weight. It is such a wonderful feeling to know that my body is changing and people are noticing! I had 2 people at church tell me yesterday, and then again while I was at the Y this morning. I LOVE it! It keeps me motivated and makes me realize that all this work I am doing is paying off. Also, now I know my hubby is telling me the truth! LOL He tells me all the time that he can see a difference…but until you hear it from someone else it is hard to know if he is saying it because it is true, or because he knows that is what I want to hear…. kwim? So yeah, it makes me happy, and proud of myself.
Today is the last day of March. Im excited to start a new month tomorrow. Tomorrow is weigh in day and I am actually finding myself looking forward to stepping on the scale. Im thinking of weighing in every 2 weeks instead of every month. Once a month seems so far away. Anyway, will update my weight tomorrow.
