I’ve been thinking about the scale. Im toying with the idea of weighing in once every two weeks instead of once a month. Once a month seems like so far apart. I might try it for a bit and see how it goes. Tonight we are going to a church function where they will be serving dessert. Im not planning on having any because I wanted today and tomorrow to be really good days…since Tuesday is weigh in day.
