I was at a scrapbooking retreat all day.  I had a LOT of fun but because I was not in charge of what they fed us, I don’t feel like I had a great eating day.  I suppose I could have packed some food to eat, but I wanted to feel like I was a part of everything and since I am not on a diet everything should be ok.  The problem is that for supper we had pizza.  Well I had pizza last night too.  I had planned for it last night, whereas tonight it was spur of the moment.  So, I dont feel great about it, but Im not dwelling and life goes on.

3 wholewheat pancakes with maple syrup

6 inch sub (with mayo??) Served as a group…had no choice of toppings.

2 slices pizza
ceasar salad

** Ok, I was not happy that they were serving pizza for dinner, but by the time it came I was STARVING so I downed 2 slices and had some ceasar salad. The slices were not huge though, and I only had one serving of salad this time instead 2.
