Well, today I’ve eaten a smoothie, a turkey burger, and another smoothie. I’m starving lol. I hate that all the yummy foods have the most fat. Its ridiculous.

Also checked out the weight watchers site to decide whether to do online or meetings.. I think meetings might be better for me, because if I have no support system, I’ll basically go off the bandwagon.

 I also need to walk more and maybe join a gym.

A big hello to everyone on this lovely site! Well, a little bit about myself. I am Jean, I am crazy, funny, beautiful, a little bit confused, drama queen, fat, overly sensitive, happy. Thats just for starters. But to shorten it down.. I just like to laugh. I am currently on a diet called “The Detox Diet” I have lost 21lb. I am very proud of myself, this is the highest weight loss of my life.. oh yea, I’ve been heavy all my life. Its pretty sucky. I have never had a boyfriend, nor a first kiss. I think its kinda pathetic!!! I work at a daycare I love it. I have a few true friends, everyone else is just an aquaintence in my head. I live in Utah, not by choice.. but will soon move home to Massachusetts =].

More about my diet, so basically I started weeks 1&2 eat veggies and chicken, fish and turkey, and any nuts I wanted, except peanuts. Those two weeks sucked. Then 3&4, I got to add back in fruit. Which made me happy! Lol. Now I am on week 5&6.. legumes.. more choices, so thats amazing. When I am done with that I move on to adding one grain a week.. but after that, where do I go.. what keeps me losing weight? I have yet to figure that out, so I am thinking after I hite the grains, I’m going to go to WW ad really really try to succeed at this. I am ready to change, I am ready to say Bye Bye Fat.
