One week later, and down 5 lbs, was hoping for a tad more but I had a couple of bad days so 5 is a good start. BUT I always do good the first 2 weeks and then boom, it is a permanent off the wagon fall. I have my lovely monthly cycle coming up the first couple of days of the month SO that will cause those nasty cravings for chocolate and then I fall off. I did make a GOOD and easy snack, 4 in a serving and 4 points per serving.
1 Lg banana diced
6 Tbs min choc chips
24 won ton wrappers
1Tbs powdered sugar
Dice the banana and mix with the little choc chips, put 1 tsp on each wonton wrapper and then fold them over, seal with a bit of water on the edge of the wrapper. Spray large cookie sheet with Pam, put them on cookie sheet and spray top with Pam, bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Take out when browned at sprinkle with powdered sugar, YUMMYY!
