1st quarter - week 8 - Day 1 August 11, 2008
Wow…week 8 already??? Are you sure??? Only like 4 and 1/2 weeks left in my first quarter goal, and I need to lose around 19 pounds!!! I just don’t think its gonna happen! Maybe if I work my butt off these next four weeks but that is like a little over 4 lbs a week!!! So…..oh well….I took too much time off last week! But I’m back on the horse as of today! Slacked a little on the exercise but at least I got some in and stayed on track with the food too! I’m looking forward to Labor Day! I would like to be at 232 by then at least! I have three weeks! My next short goal would be 20 lbs down by Halloween!!! That would put me at 212…That is sooo close to being out of the 200’s!!! So I just gotta focus on 232 by Sept 1st….that is like 7-9 lbs in three weeks! I can do it!!!

Lunch - 2 corndogs - 360 cal
Snack - 100 calorie pack of cookies with 1 cup milk - 180 cal
Dinner - 1 stuffed chicken breast, baked okra, pinto beans, 1 cup watermelon - 495 cal
Snack - popsicle - 80
Total calories - 1385
