1st Quarter - Week 7 - Day 7 August 10, 2008
Urggg! This has been an absolutely horrible week! I had a presentation, a final exam, house cleaning for a birthday party on Thursday, then the actual big birthday party on Saturday…putting toys together…cake and ice cream! AHHHH!!!!! I have never been so glad that a week was over!!! LOL!!!
I got in my 3 days of Couch to 5 K this week for week 1 ….starting week 2 tomorrow! I have two weeks that I have absolutely nothing to keep me from my eating on plan and my workouts!!!
So here are my goals for week 8 -
Stay on my eating plan all week for one thing…LOL…keep it at or under 1400 calories a day and try to minimize carb intake.
Couch to 5K week 2 for at least 4 days - the other 3 days can be just walking at least 3 miles on those days. (walk at least 25 miles total)
5 days of cardio for 25 minutes
5 days of 30 day shred level 2
I would like to lose 3 lbs this week and be at 236!!!
Welpers…I’m going to lay out food for tomorrows supper!
On a good note I got my car cleaned out today!!! ![]()
