today is week 8 day 5 of my pregnancy!  time is flying.  the baby is about 1 inch long now.  how unreal. 

it’s still so hard to believe that i’m going to be a mom before year end.  i don’t think it’s going to hit me until my belly starts popping out.  my only symptoms are my giant, sore breasts.   and i get really tired after i work out, which never happened before. 

which brings me to my next point.  i haven’t really been working out much at all.  last week i only went to the gym twice.  i’m eating well for the most part (i said for the most part, please ignore this past weekend.  please.) and i haven’t gained weight.  i’m taking my vitamins and getting lots of sleep……  i just have no desire or motivation to work out right now.  this is terrible.  i need to continue to take good care of myself and not just for my own sake, for the baby’s sake too.

Snack - About 8 mini-sized candies…..Twix, 3 Musketeers, Milky Way and Nerds (they were the teeny, tiny ones and I haven’t had candy in FOREVER so I don’t feel bad)

Dinner - Turkey burger and Smiles (if you don’t know, Smiles and super yummy smiley-face shaped fried potato things that you can get in the freezer section)
