Day 251

May 1st, 2008

I have a serious case of the hungry horrors today.  I don’t know what’s wrong with me.  I can’t stop eating.   

Breakfast - Rice Krispies, orange juice

Snack - Plain bagel with cream cheese

Snack - English muffin with peanut butter and jelly

Lunch - Spaghetti pie

Snack - 2 90 calorie granola bars

Dinner - Italian sub

Snack - Skinny Cow fudge bar

    Sometimes you feel hungry when you’re really thirsty. I’ve been making myself have at least one glass of water before every snack and 2 glasses before every meal and so far it’s helping. At least with the munchies :-)
