Breakfast - Bagel with scallion cream cheese

SnackĀ - Apple

Lunch - Michelina’s shells and cheese, smoothie (mango, strawberry, vanilla soy milk)

Dinner - 2 slices of pizza (1 cheese, 1 pepperoni)

Snack - Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich

    Have you had your ultrasound done yet? I know some docs wait until the 20th week or so to do the first one. I’m glad to hear you are doing well.

    Concerning the gym, could you still go and just not take use the locker room? Maybe walk on the treadmill or even walk around your neighborhood or at the park? That way you could get a little exercise in without exposing yourself to the fungus. Sorry you got that in the first place, I hear it’s terrible!

    Also, if you’re not going to use the gym, I know some of them will “pause” your membership (ie stop taking money from you!) until your baby is born, if you bring in proof that you are pregnant. It will help save you some money if you’re not going to be going anyway.

    Another good idea is some of the pregnancy workout DVDs that are out there. They are gentle and usually involve a lot of stretching.
