Breakfast - Bagel with scallion cream cheese and lox

Lunch - 2 slices of cheese pizza

Dinner - Salad, cheese ravioli, garlic bread

Sunday

Breakfast - Sausage, egg and cheese McGriddles

Brunch - Several mini lemon-filled pancakes, small slice of quiche, a few slices of bacon

Dinner - Ground turkey, corn, lima beans, couscous

Snack - Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich

Monday

Breakfast - Rice Krispies and banana

Snack - Apple

Lunch - 3 beef soft tacos, 2 tiny chocolate caramel empanadas

Snack -

Dinner - Cheese tortellini

Snack - Skinny Cow fudge bar
