Chasing away Chubby

Thirsty Thursday and I am thirsty!

I got my butt up this morning, got the kiddies off to school, played a little fluff friends on fb and then went and did the first half of my workout.  I walked 1 mile with Gertie pretty slowly to warm up.  It took 20 mins.  Then i went and did my running workout.  I did 3-8min intervals at RPE 6.  Walking 2 mins in between each!  My big toes hurt while running and I think it is the shoes.  I am running in my nike’s and usually i ruin in my asics.  But i stepped in dog doo the other day with my asics and even though i cleaned them they still smelled so they are on my porch waiting to be thrown in the washer.  So note to self: Wash the asics!!!  So I felt decent while running and next I am doing TBL strength training 50 mins. That will be 110 mins today!!!  I rock!  smile

So today I have to go over to mom’s to watch the babies.  She has to go get a blood test.  She is having surgery on her knee Monday.  She tore her cartlidge in it last winter so the doc is going in to “clean it up.” i hope it works she has been in a lot of pain- and she is grumpy!!!  LOL!  Keep her in your prayers.

Then I am coming back here to the house of destruction and working on my room.  I almost have the closet cleaned out.  smile Then I just have to purge and get everything that is suppose to go in there- back in there!  I can’t wait to have my room back!  Dance is tonight for DD. 

Calories yesterday were 1600+.  So I will take that.  I played on the computer too long and didn’t have time to fix my LC meal before lunch and had to go to McD’s to grab something.  I was good though.  I got a D-cheseburger (440 cals), 2 bags of appledippers W/out dip (70 cals), and a water.  So lunch was 510 cals.  Nice recovery from a plan gone awry, even if it was with empty calories!!

I got the soccer coach situation worked out.  I still think the guy is an idiot, but I have my team.  More about Mr. idiot later.
