Hell week workouts
Friday 12/21 60 minutes exercise ball workouts; 10 mins flexibility; 10 mins butt & thigh; 10 mins arm & shoulder; 10 mins abs; 10 mins total body cardio; another 10 mins flexibility.
Saturday 12/22 50 mins Running- 3miles; 10 mins stretching/yoga: Total: 60 mins!
Sunday 12/23 30 mins WATP; 20 mins Yoga; 10 mins flexibility on ball. Total: 60 mins!
