Chasing away Chubby

Hopping back in…

It has been 2 weeks since I ran outdoors.  So tonight I go out to run.  It’s 5:45 by the time I find the time.  I am anxious.  How well will I do after 2 weeks not doing much running?  So i take a look at couch to 5K and decide if it is too hard I will do Day 1 week 6 5min -8min-5min runs and work up from there. We will just have to see how it feels.  So i go run and run 25 minutes straight!  YAY!!!  It felt so good and I didn’t struggle at all!  So 2 weeeks off and it is still good!  YAY!

  5. Running outside is tough, so you should be very proud you can do it! I sometimes get anxious when I run too; I’m very hard on myself. But then I realize it’s ridiculous to be tough on myself about something so minor and supposed to be enjoyable!
