in the doorway with care

Hell week workouts

Friday 12/21   60 minutes exercise ball workouts; 10 mins flexibility; 10 mins butt & thigh; 10 mins arm & shoulder; 10 mins abs; 10 mins total body cardio; another 10 mins flexibility. 
Saturday 12/22  50 mins Running- 3miles; 10 mins stretching/yoga: Total: 60 mins!

The rollercoaster of weight loss emotions

Yesterday I was at an all time low, today I feel pretty good.  I journaled my calories, and had a little over 800 in before dinner which left over 800 for dinner and I think I probably came in somewhere around there.

I’m sitting here hating myself.
I had done okay food wise.  After supper I had in about 1700 calories.  Respectable.  So what happens after dinner.  I continuously continue to think about eating.  For 3 hours I fight the urge.  I chew gum, drink, drink, drink.  I Still wanna eat.  So I decide to eat a sandwich.  [...]
