Focusing on Fit!

I just finished taking a fitness test from Fitness magazine.  You can do it online at www.fitnessmagazine.com/Howfitareyou.  I did fairly well.  There are 3 parts ot the test.  The first part is aerobic fitness.   On this area I scored mostly B’s: “Congrats- You are pretty aerobically fit, although a little more cardio wouldn’t hurt.”  -Don’t I know [...]

The Night Before The Binge-fest

I did 10 mins of dancing, 20 minutes of yoga. 
I’m sleepy.

This is a “re-introduction” to weight training work out.  I have not strength trained in probably almost a month.  I feel fat today.  I can’t get fat again.  It’s time to get back on it!
