And I’m still on track.
Fell off the exercise bandwagon for a little bit, BUT I kept up with my loss. Just creeping back on the bandwagon but now i’m having problems with my achilles, so i’m trying to take it easy with different alternatives.
1 more til my 20 lb loss!

So yesterday I got in 2 fat blaster workouts while finishing up hw for my college classes and going to a 3 hour class and then a 4 hour class. Can you say energy! YEAH!! I LOVED it!!

But things are on the up!! I know I haven’t but updating daily, and i’m sorry to anyone that actually reads any of them. Heh.
Yesterday was the first day of classes for me, i’m back in college and I like it so far. My weight seems to be cooperating with my wishes, and even at a nice rate. Weighed 173 this morning, lets see how the scale cooperates tomorrow morning though.
I’ll try to get things back on track as far as this blog goes; but as far as my routine and weight loss efforts, they have not strayed!!

Today: So it started off with me hanging out with my dad for a while. Then we came back home and got the phone call about our family friend passing. Needless to say I went into work early to spare myself from seeing my mom’s reaction. I didn’t have a very high intake of food today, and I had work as well as a picnic this afternoon. After getting home I did fit in my fat blaster work out, so I feel pretty good about that. It was a rough day.

Yesterday: I TOTALLY worked my butt off last night!! I did my TJ Fat Blaster and THEN biked 5 miles on the stationary bike (@ 29 mph no less!!). The sweat was POURING off of me, and it made me feel SO good. And I know I could’ve done more and i’m wondering why I didn’t. Still, I am proud of my work out.
Today: I decided I would spend most of the day with my dad, he recently had skin cancer removed so he is somewhat limited with what motions he is allowed to perform. I helped him move things and get things cleaned up in the garage. I know he appreciated the help but even more so enjoyed my company. I am the only child and I am definitely daddy’s girl. Today I had some special K cereal for breakfast, and a pack of crackers for lunch. I had a phone call earlier in the day telling my family that a close friend of ours will be passing soon. So that was a downer. For a long time today I didn’t really do anything. But after coming back into the house I did my TJ Fat Blaster, and I plan to go do another work out in a moment. For dinner I had a cheeseburger (no bun), and some baby carrots. With my disappointing 178 weigh in this morning I’m ready to burn burn burn those calories!
Tonight: Well I’m going to be getting an early start tomorrow night so as to not disturb that schedule I’m going to go ahead and post about tonight. Well, after dinner I did my first TJ cardio party work out! Holy crap! I just fit in Fat Blaster AND Cardio Party in today! Wow! I’m hoping to feel a burn tomorrow morning hehe!
Also, as I did last night; I jumped on the stationary bike after my last TJ work out. Yes, I realize, I must be CRAZY to do cardio party the first time, make it through and then BIKING?! YEAH!! I think I might be turning into a cardio junky
hehe nothing wrong with that! Keep the heart strong! Biked a nice 6.5 miles at an average of 27mph? The display indicated I burned 300 calories in 13 minutes while going 6.5 miles, I’d say thats cookin it!! hehe!
I dont have the best cardiovascular endurance, but the only way to improve that is it PUSH yourself!
If I can do it, YOU CAN TOO!!

Last night: Didn’t get to do my extra work out after work, instead I was baking cupcakes. (weakness of mine! but I didn’t eat ANY :-D) I made them for my manager at my work who’s last day was today. So I ended up slaving over these awesome cupcakes, and watching the Olympics until 1am. HAD to see the women’s gymnastic all around finals.
Today: I haven’t done as much as I’d wanted to do. This morning I had to go to the bank and grocery store, then to my work to drop off the brownies. I ended up going to lunch with my manager and our area technician. I had some food that I shouldn’t have. I came home and didn’t really do much, but I didn’t snack much either so it’s not THAT bad. I just finished dinner which was comprised of steamed shrimp and a few French fries. So TJ FAT BLASTER for me tonight!!!

Well first of all, let me recap on the happenings of yesterday that I did not disclose in yesterday’s post.
I had just gotten done my TJ fat blaster work out <3 and I was sitting on the front porch when I saw a car fly by. Well about 30 seconds later I heard it crash down the road. Immediately I got up and started running toward where it crashed. It turns out it was someone I knew, I stayed there with them until family arrived and I knew that they had a way to get the car home. It was nice to be able to offer some kind of support because thats a tough situation. Also, my parents had drove up to see if I wanted a ride back but instead I ran it
Though it was an unfortunate situation to have occurred I was rather proud that I could help but also that I wasn’t that out of breath from the run even after JUST finishing my TJ work out! because thats 30 MINUTES of cardio!! *tooting my own horn*
As for TODAY
I honestly did not think I was going to do much of ANYTHING today. I finally got up around 9:30, and for me, thats pretty late to sleep!! I finally ate some cereal around 10 or 10:30, and didnt really do much until around 11:20. At that point I went to the garage to see if there was anything I could help my dad with. I ended up helping him until 12. I absolutely HAVE to watch X-weighted every day possible! Its on the discovery health channel and I honestly find it really motivating. After that I found myself watching what not to wear, and it was aroun 1:25 when I looked at the clock again. A commercial came on and I said “oh I guess i’ll go ride the stationary bike for a bit.” Well, I turned on the TV that in the exercise room and my turbo jam dvd was on! And I was being really pessimistic about doing it but 25 minutes later and i’m done! (and I still caught the end of what not to wear :D)
I have to work at 4 today, and i’m thinking I might try to work in another workout tonight. Maybe not turbo jam, but SOMETHING. (weigh in tomorrow morning!)

Yesterday: was my very first turbo jam experience. I did the Fat Blaster work out and I was sweating from probably EVERY where possible. It was absolutely incredible at how the 30 minutes flew by! I did relatively well with dieting yesterday though I dont feel like I ate enough.
Today: So far today hasn’t been too bad. This morning had some cereal for breakfast and then went on to my fat blaster work out. I’m having a lot of trouble figuring out what to eat! I like to maintain energy and eat things that taste good without ruining my day. I really am having a hard time with this. I think I might to another turbo jam work out tonight. But at the moment I’m feeling like I need a nap but I shouldn’t because I haven’t done anything productive since eating.
