		<description>Hello!  I'm glad you're back :)

Motivation is so tricky.  I got mine back by picturing my mental holiday image!  And it's just a determination that returned, though I'm sure it's not out the blue.  There's probably other factors too!

Something I try to do is write down why I'm feeling unmotivated.  When I do that, (and when I'm honest!) I usually find it's that I'm scared that I will fail, or that I will find it difficult to maintain, or that things aren't happening quick enough.  And then once it's down on the paper I can look at them almost from the outside, and be more speculative and try to break down all the things I worry about.  Like, I had to really work on being realistic!  But now that I have, little set backs don't demotivate me because I have plenty of time.  

I'm sorry, don't know if this will help you at all, but either way, I'm glad you're back!

I've done running in the gym before and hated it because you just count the seconds.  But when I'm outside I enjoy it and feel like I'm really *doing* something, rather than pounding away on a treadmill in a gym.

Realistically, it's totally the same thing, but it just feels different :)  I hope this helps you find your new motivation, but everyone has a slump from time to time.  Maybe take a couple of days off?  Some days really are hard work, but in time it will be easier.  That's what I'm hoping for!  Good luck *positive vibes*</description>

The C25K is "couch to 5k", and is a walking/jogging programme that turns a couch potato into someone who can run 5k in 9 weeks.  As soon as my sports bra from bravissimo I'm starting!  And the best bit... is I've persuaded Will to do it with me!

I think I'm going to organise a party for when I do my 5k, so that I *have* to do it, and so that everyone's there to celebrate my achievement :D</description>
