Not been around much…

Well things went a little to pot. I am currently stuck in a mega financial crisis and, I just don’t have the will power to sort out my weight and my finances!!
I’ve had to cancel my gym membership, even though it was only £30, I just don’t have the money.
On the upside, I’ve been having to take my lunch and breakfast to work, so I’ve been saving money there AND not being tempted by chocs and crisps and pasties…and other bad stuff! So I think in the long run I will loose those few extra pounds I put on over my holiday!
I will be back now and then to log how things are going, but not very often, every month or so…Got another site I go to which is helping me through my financial breakdown!! Hopefulle in a few months everything will be a bit more settled and I can rejoin the gym and feel happy enough to concentrate on my weight! ![]()
Another week gone..

…another week has passed without managing to get down the gym. It doesn’t help that I am still ill, and felt especially worse at the start of the week. For some reason, if the week starts bad i find it hard to pick it up again. Well, I’m going to go to the gym tomorrow. Even if i only do a tiny little bit, at least I will have made the effort. ![]()
I’m Baaaaaack!!

Well, I’m back from my hol and it was nice to go away and have a rest. I weighed 10st 7.2 Ibs (147.2Ib) on monday and i weighed 146.2Ib today so gradually working off the weight i put on over the last 2 weeks- y’see what with being ill and having a bad leg i’ve done almost no exercise for the last 2 weeks, and last week I just ate and drunk whatever was put in front of me. Or near me. Or was just laying arounf in the fridge minding it’s own business…
I’ve really gotta shake of the lazy bug and get back down the gym…and i’ll start official weigh-ins again when I’ve worked off these few pounds I put on. Honestly I think a lot will be water weight because i ate a LOT of bread last week (and pizza last night! Naughty!)

…but that’s ok. y’see, this week i was bad and weighed myself every day since wednesday. Sunday, Monday and Tuesday were bad days for food and on wednesday i weighed 146.2Ibs (all bloatedness and water retention!) so I have lost 2.6Ib since Wednesday. Imagine how much it could have been if I had not had a 3 day binge! Definitely food for thought for next week… ![]()
