Another week gone..

…another week has passed without managing to get down the gym. It doesn’t help that I am still ill, and felt especially worse at the start of the week. For some reason, if the week starts bad i find it hard to pick it up again. Well, I’m going to go to the gym tomorrow. Even if i only do a tiny little bit, at least I will have made the effort. :)

I’m Baaaaaack!!

Well, I’m back from my hol and it was nice to go away and have a rest. I weighed 10st 7.2 Ibs (147.2Ib) on monday and i weighed 146.2Ib today so gradually working off the weight i put on over the last 2 weeks- y’see what with being ill and having a bad leg i’ve done almost no exercise for the last 2 weeks, and last week I just ate and drunk whatever was put in front of me. Or near me. Or was just laying arounf in the fridge minding it’s own business…  ;-)

I’ve really gotta shake of the lazy bug and get back down the gym…and i’ll start official weigh-ins again when I’ve worked off these few pounds I put on. Honestly I think a lot will be water weight because i ate a LOT of bread last week (and pizza last night! Naughty!)
