So Here I am again….
Starting at the very beginning.
How many times will it take?
My weight now is 245.8… I know thats not exactly right, since its the end of the day, and I’ve eaten alot today, and I’m fully clothed, yada yada yada… But thats where we’re starting from now. Its actually 5 pounds less than what I started at last time.. So thats good.
My plan this time… I’m not really sure…
I know for one thing I need to exercise.. Thats one thing I seriously lack in my life, which I know would help me to lose weight. So my starting goal for exercising is 30 minutes, 5 days a week. For now I have 2 different cardio DVD’s that I will be doing… I’ll also try to get some walking in, while I’m at work… walking the halls.. Me and a co-worker decided that 10 laps in the halls equals approx. a mile, so I’m going to do that once or twice each shift I work (which is 4 times a week)…
Food wise… I’m just going to watch it really closely. No fast food, or “junk food”.. Portion control. Cut down on the breads, pastas, etc… Drink LOTS of water each day. And have 5 servings of fruits/veggies a day (I lack that too.. I hate fruits & veggies like no other)…
I’m also going to hold myself accountable by posting here at LEAST once a week. Weighing once a week, and being active on the forums here.
My first weight goal is to be 210 by Christmas.
I don’t know how or why, but somehow my blog got deleted, so I had to re-open it.
I’ll make a better post later, about me and stuff….
