Well, I did only lose 1/4 lb. this week, but yesterday I weighed myself and it says I’ve lost 13lbs. this past month!!!  So at least I am losing and I can tell a difference in my clothes already!

Now I just have to lose about 10 more to get to where I SHOULD have started from!!!

I started at 278 (ugh) and my highest weight before was 266, so I can’t believe I gained 22 MORE than that!

So, yeah, I’m shooting for my previous fattest weight first.  THEN I can really feel good when I lose beyond that. 

 

Ok, last week I didn’t even bother to go to my meeting.  I didn’t do much with my points as far as trying to lose, so I knew I’d be disgusted.

I didn’t gain, but I didn’t lose either.  So, I don’t feel so bad about it.

This week I’m trying to be more aware and eat better.  Now if I could just motivate myself to get out the door and walk or something, I know I’d lose more and have something to celebrate!

Why does it seem so easy to gain, but so damn hard to lose??

 

 

Ok, so I sucked this weekend and I’m having a REALLY hard time getting back on track!

I gave away just about all of the birthday cake so I wouldn’t eat it and I finished off the last piece to get it out of the house…(good idea eh??)

Yesterday I was going to have a Smart Ones for lunch at work but my dad brought my daughter up and she was hungry too, so we ordered sanwiches from Jimmy John’s and the one I love is 19 points!!!  Needless to say, I used up all of my points and probably some extras that I don’t have! 

I REALLY need to go to my meeting this week to get motivated!  I hope our regular leader is there this week to get me going. 

I bought new scales over the weekend and they tell you how much you’ve gained or lost since the last weigh-in, which is pretty cool.  Funny thing is that they weigh me in the same as my old digital scales, which is 5lbs. less than what the Weight Watchers scales at my meetings says I weigh.

So, which scales do I listen to?  TWO that show the same weight, or the ones at Weight Watchers that go through the computer?  Ugh.  Numbers suck.  So does gravity and fat!

I have hot dogs, brats, the BEST huge soft chocolate chunk cookies in the world, and a choc. cake w/ choc. mousse filling and choc. icing and ice cream, chips, soda, etc. etc.

 I’ve done good so far, I had a hot dog and 2 cookies.  Instead of eating 5 cookies and 2 hot dogs!  They actually make me kinda sick.  I’ve got lots of veggies and I made a great cucumber dip w/ dill so I’m going to snack on that. 

I’m not even liking the THOUGHT of cake.  Doesn’t even appeal to me, so I’m sending it all home with everyone so i don’t feel like eating it even though I don’t really want it.

 OH, I bought some new scales and I’ve lost a total of 11lbs. in 2 weeks!!
