			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>OK, so as I said in my food journal, I fell of the wagon.  I went to TN, and it was supposed to be this vacation where I ate all of my good healthy foods and it didn&#8217;t hurt me.  But instead, I allowed myself to have stuff that was not on the program.  So there was 7 days of not eating right.  Then I got home, and I was supposed to get back on track because I messed up on the vacation.  But then I convinced myself that I&#8217;d quit eating off the diet as soon as Ryan&#8217;s b-day had passed (that was a 5 day period).  But then Ryan&#8217;s b-day came and went, and I went to the grocery and got all my healthy food, then we had another vacation coming up this past weekend, so I said, ok I&#8217;ll just start when I get back from vacation.  And I did.  I went to my trainer yesterday and started eating healthy today.  I&#8217;m VERY happy that I&#8217;m back on track, but very disappointed that I allowed myself to backtrack this much and take away time that I could&#8217;ve been succeeding.  Oh, well, I can&#8217;t dwell over what mistakes I made, I just have to learn from them and know that in the future I can&#8217;t do that.  I&#8217;m going to post on the message board so that I can get back into the good thing I had before.  Just wanted to post here because I know that I&#8217;m back for good and that makes me feel better.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So I&#8217;m incredibly frustrated today.  Last night I made a delicious dinner for Ryan and I, and it was all ON program.  I made petite sirloin steaks, brown rice, and butter beans.  I didn&#8217;t even eat all of the butter beans.  When I weighed in this morning, I had GAINED weight.  Ridiculous.  I&#8217;m frustrated because I have so much to lose and I just don&#8217;t have time to deal with this.  This frustrates me because I have not gone off the program in seriously 17 days, and I could&#8217;ve gone off and gained weight, but no, I was ON plan and gained weight.  This is the thing that usually ends up discouraging me.  I end up going off the plan and eating whatever the heck I want to eat, but I&#8217;m not going to do that this time.  Even though I&#8217;m discouraged with what I&#8217;m doing, I&#8217;m going to stick to it and hope that this doesn&#8217;t happen again.  I had a leftover sirloin that I was going to eat today, but I let Ryan have it instead because I didn&#8217;t want to gain AGAIN.  tomorrow is my official weigh in.  So anyway, that&#8217;s about it.  I&#8217;m going to find something to eat.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This is just something that happened to me tonight that I thought I&#8217;d write about.  It really frustrated me, so I thought I could vent and hopefully get it off my mind.<br />
Well, I ate meat for the first time since I started June 8th.  We barbecued chicken (it wasn&#8217;t actually barbecue chicken, it was just seasoned chicken breasts).  I had that and made some butter beans and one of my sweet potatoes.  I even treated myself and had a Coke Zero.  It was like a real meal!!!  Then my stepmom called.  She is on Nutrisystem.  She is one of those people who really likes to criticize what everybody else does and put what she does on a pedestal.  Well, she asked what I had made for dinner (she likes to act like I&#8217;m a horrible woman because I don&#8217;t cook every night for Ryan when I&#8217;m dieting).  I told her what I&#8217;d had, and she started criticizing it for all the starches.  She was like &#8220;Are you sure you can eat all those starches and carbs?&#8221;  I was like, &#8220;Yes, I&#8217;m sure.&#8221;  I mean, pretty much all she eats on Nutrisystem is carbs!!!  And besides, I am eating on plan and I have only had 3 sweet potatoes since I started this diet!!!  Did I do something wrong with my eating that you guys noticed?  Or did it seem Fat Smash appropriate?  I mean, I doubt I would&#8217;ve lost the weight I&#8217;ve lost if I&#8217;m not allowed to have the carbs.  I think she&#8217;s one of those people that thinks that carbs are the devil, and if you eat them at any time, they are terrible.  I haven&#8217;t eaten any white carbs since I started.  OK, so enough about that-please just give me some advice here and tell me if you think I did ok.  As far as I know, I didn&#8217;t do anything wrong!!!</p>
