Food Diary-Day 1-07/24/2009

Ok, so I fell off the bandwagon.  It’s a marathon, not a sprint, right?  But I’m back on today, and here’s what I ate:
1C oatmeal with 1 packet of Splenda
Steamed broccoli
Steamed cauliflower
Northern beans
2C brown rice

Food Diary-Day 18-06/26/08

Breakfast:
-1C Cheerios
-1C milk
Lunch/Dinner:
-2C Brown Rice
-Steamed broccoli
-3 tbsp low-fat Ranch dressing
-1 Sprite zero

Food Diary-Day 17-06/25/08

-1 small to medium petite sirloin steak
-2C brown rice
-1/2 can of butter beans
-1 Sprite Zero

Food Diary-Day 16-06/24/08

Breakfast/Lunch:
-1 packet of plain oatmeal with a packet of Splenda
-1 C of milk
Dinner:
-3 oz. of tuna
-1/2C of Miracle Whip, fat free
-1 can of black eyed peas
-broccoli
-1 can of Coke Zero
Snack: 
-2 pickles

Breakfast:
-1 packet of plain oatmeal with 1 pack of Splenda
-1 C of low-fat milk
Lunch:
-1 can Sprite Zero
-1C brown rice with 1 tbsp of Ranch and 1 oz of fat free cheddar cheese
-1 can of green beans
Dinner:
-1 can of large butter beans
-grilled chicken breast
-1C of brown rice with 1 tbsp of ranch dressing mixed in

Food Diary-Day 14-06/22/08

Woke up late and spent the entire afternoon putting together our grill so that we could grill chicken, so here’s what I had today:
-a can of Coke Zero
-Grilled chicken breast
-1 can of Large Butter Beans
-1 sweet potato with spray ICBINB and cinnamon

-1C grits with spray butter
-Orange
Lunch/Dinner:
-2C brown rice
-1 can kidney beans, washed
