Weigh in #2

OK guys, I weighed in this morning, it’s day 10 of Phase 2.  Here’s my progress
Start weight: 301.2
Weigh today:  291.6
Loss for this 9 day period: 9.6 lbs!
Loss altogether: 20.9 lbs!!!

Food Diary-Day 18-06/26/08

Breakfast:
-1C Cheerios
-1C milk
Lunch/Dinner:
-2C Brown Rice
-Steamed broccoli
-3 tbsp low-fat Ranch dressing
-1 Sprite zero

Frustrated

So I’m incredibly frustrated today.  Last night I made a delicious dinner for Ryan and I, and it was all ON program.  I made petite sirloin steaks, brown rice, and butter beans.  I didn’t even eat all of the butter beans.  When I weighed in this morning, I had GAINED weight.  Ridiculous.  I’m frustrated because [...]

Breakfast/Lunch:
-1 packet of plain oatmeal with a packet of Splenda
-1 C of milk
Dinner:
-3 oz. of tuna
-1/2C of Miracle Whip, fat free
-1 can of black eyed peas
-broccoli
-1 can of Coke Zero
Snack: 
-2 pickles

Breakfast:
-1 packet of plain oatmeal with 1 pack of Splenda
-1 C of low-fat milk
Lunch:
-1 can Sprite Zero
-1C brown rice with 1 tbsp of Ranch and 1 oz of fat free cheddar cheese
-1 can of green beans
Dinner:
-1 can of large butter beans

-1C of brown rice with 1 tbsp of ranch dressing mixed in

Woke up late and spent the entire afternoon putting together our grill so that we could grill chicken, so here’s what I had today:
-a can of Coke Zero
-Grilled chicken breast
-1 can of Large Butter Beans
