Body shape

I looked in the mirror this morning and was actually pleased, I’m starting to get a shape instead of round and frumpy. My stomach looks like it’s going down a bit and my legs dont touch as much anymore! The gym is paying off!

I woke up ful of the joys of spring this morning! Took the dog out for a walk and got ready for work.

Had a good day yesterday, went to gym at 7am, did 140 sit-ups the most I have ever done and did other resistance and cardio work.

Had a healthy day food wise, cereal and grapefruit for breakfast, banana mid-morning, chicken and salad for lunch, and a yogurt and satsumas mid afternoon with chilli and jacket potato for tea, which i made the weightwatchers way for four people and froze two portions for next week!

I’m out tonight for a new pub/bar opening but will stick to vodka, and am having tea before I go!

Today…

Well it’s not been a bad day all n all! Had cereal for breakfast, banana mid morning and one marshmellow, two small brown rolls with ham salad and half a tin of soup for lunch, two satsumas and a cereal bar mid afternoon and pork with pasta and tomatoey sauce for dinner - but I gorged on cicken drumsticks - no idea why!

Going to the Gym tomorrow before work, got another personal training session so it should all go well! Weighed myself this morning and my scales say I’ve put a pound on since i was weighed last at the gym but its mid week so i won’t let it get me down.

I want instant results but I’ve realised that it will take time!!

Was going to go swimming tongiht but decded to clear out the understairs cupboard instead - OH had a headache too so I used an excuse I guess! I will go on Thursday though - I hope!

First blog entry

Well I’m new to all of this but thought I’d set it up as another motivational tool in my weight loss journey!

I’m getting married on December 5 2009 and am desperately trying to lose weight and get fit. I’ve tried everything, weighwatchers, slimming world, fad diets but the best thing I’ve found is motivation.

 I’m going to set myself mini goals on here, and post my weekly or daily menus and weight so the world will know!

I’m hvaing personal trianing sessions at the Gym and they weigh me so I will be good I will succeed and I will look beautfiul on my wedding day!
