Day 2 — Part 2

Sounds like chapters in the bible — hmmmm Don’t mean to be sacrilegeous — Joanne 2:2

Another good day — very busy running around at work and then I had my monthly massage and chiro appointment so another night not walking in the door until about 7 but its all good. I got home and was greeted with my darling sweetie using the Wii — he racked up 55 exercise minutes — WOW!!!! Of course that made me determined to get on and do some minutes after dinner. I would like to do the body test but don’t want to do it at the end of the day - maybe Saturday morning. My calories were another great day of 1708 - lots of walking around and 30 minutes of tough on the Wii. Did the super hula hoop again and carried weights through some of the strength and the step exercise - all good stuff.

I am currently watching the Biggest Loser Australia — it seems to run forever — it started before Bigglest Loser Couples started — anyway last night the final four were presented to a large crowd of people that were trying out for the next BLA show. It was another reinforcing show that had them talking to the crowd and telling them that if they can do it anyone can. That it isn’t a quick fix and you have to own your body - not the other way around. I need to see and hear this reinforcement over and over. Its true. When I was driving home from work I was hungry - - I shouldn’t have been and I realized that and pushed through the hunger and waited until after my appointments to eat anything and guess what I survived!!! There are times that I get hungry and its so bad I get a pain in my shoulder (weird eh) those times I have to have something and I can usually account for the hunger — this is what I have to pay attention to. The times that hunger could just be habit and the times I really need to feed my body. I guess that’s what owning your body is all about.

  1. Hmmm. I NEED that Wii, and that’s the truth! You are doing amazingly, my dear girl, and I am so very proud of you! You’ll be a slim little willow at your wedding!
    Hugs,
