Day 17 — YAY ME!!!!

Calories for 12/05 1767 another good day. I worked hard to ensure the calories were under again and I also had a fabulous ab workout class. Halfway through the class I was thinking if only I could do this for myself every day - how beneficial it would be for everything. Not just weight loss. The euphoria I feel as I am doing a tough move with weights is incredible. I am a long way from super fit but I know for someone my size I am in pretty good shape physically. I may wear a large size but I am able to keep up with most of the class — except the plank — I dread the plank LOL. I only have one more week of classes then we break for Christmas — now I have to find a way to motivate myself to get to the gym and do some sort of a work out and during my 11 days at home to put on the many workout DVD’s I own and actually get moving in the mornings. I HAVE TO for my own sake!!!

  1. We have ab class here too. I missed it this week. I hate “The Plank” too, but I notice I’m getting better at it.
