Have any of you gone to a homeopathic clinic where they can tell a lot about your health simply by looking in your eyes? My preacher’s wife visited one 2 weeks ago. She charges $100 flat fee for 1 hour of consultation. She is detoxifying her body and then she is going to help her lose 70 pounds. Just curious if any of you ladies had heard of a program like that or had even participated in one??? If it really works or not???
Thanks and I await your input.
God bless,
Judy

We dont have anything like that around here, but Id be willing to do it it if we had it and it worked. Let us know how it goes.
I’d be very doubtful and file it under “there’s one born every minute”. What does the detox entail? “Lose 70 lbs??? Probably tell her to eat right and exercise…….keep us posted; I’d love to know how this one turns out.
I have problems with the homeopathic clinics. I truly believe in holistic medicine, but most of the clinics I have seen are scams. I have seen a lot of damage caused. I have seen pregnant moms with bad pregnancies, and deliveries. I have seen some awful side effects from the homeopathic medications. None of them are regulated and no one really knows what is in them, what dose they are and what they are non compatible with.
Look into your eyes and charge you 100 bucks an hour…..I am really thinking alone the lines of soclose..”there is one born every minute.”
Good luck in whatever you chose…keep us posted.
Hmmmmm….I’d be sceptical. IMO, the best doctors are the ones who combine the best of conventional medicine and the best of holistic medicine. Unfortunately, these doctors are sometimes difficult to find. Your best bet is a naturopath or a really good chiropractor or acupuncturist. I had a gyn who also practiced holistic medicine. He could tell you a lot about your health just by looking at your tongue and fingernails. However, he could then follow it up with lab tests. The best of both worlds!
We have some places like that in Ohio. However they do more than just look at your eyes, they look at your nails, skin, hair, stool YUCK!, and even do a blood draw. Then they analize it and a nutritionist tells you what foods, vitamins etc… you need. GIRLYGIRLSBAS is right it is the best of both worlds to mix western and eatern medicine.
Have a wonderful day!
