I just discovered that the meal I had planned tonight will not be workable. We had bought some freezer meals from on of the companies in the area, at the time we had not been dieting. So I wanted to use of the last of the meals. Bacon Wrapped Meatloaves with barbeque sauce. Doesn’t sound too healthy does it? I should have known lol. It is 510 cal, 23 fat per serving… 12pts. Just for a piece of meat. I don’t think so. I’ll have to cook up some chicken or something and let my husband eat the meatloaf.

Made it through the weekend alright. At the Bridal Shower I had 1 hotdog, a little too much pasta salad, 1 small spoon of potato salad, and a small piece of cake. Compared to how much food was available I think I did good.
