The people here may help. my girl. but, the bottom line is—-YOU are holding you together!!!!! Take SOME credit here, OK?
I saw Babel recently, also good but intense. Loved one with George Clooney I saw last winter, name escapes me, but he played a lawyer–it was a name, I believe, like “John Smith” only not that. Gone, Baby,Gone was fab. but heavy. On the lighter side, one of my all time favs. is “Second Hand Lions”—you gotta see this!!!! Funny—Whoopie Goldberg in the nun movies she did or Ghost (a tear-jerker!!!) or especially the one with Ted Danson—the scene in that where she’s riding a bike being chased by an elephant is one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen!!!!!

You are doing so well, I agree with soclose, you need to take a lot of the credit, you are stronger than you think

I am not into chick flicks, but loved- I am Legend. Also 10,000 BC and I think the George Clooney movies was Michael Clayton!!! Or something like that.
I loved Fried Green Tomatos and Secrets of the Yaya Sisterhood.
Ghost was good but I love Patrick Swayze, he was excellant in Roadhouse as well, not to mention Dirty Dancing

Let’s see…. I like to avoid any romances or anything REMOTELY close to it when I’m in the healing phase.
My favorites to get your mind off everything:
Snatch * brad pitt and statham - a quick witted comedy about criminals
Layer Cake - daniel craig - action
Oh brother, where art thou - George Clooney *based on The Odyssey by Homer
Ocean’s 11 - george clooney * eye candy never hurt honey
Darjleeing Limited - Wes Anderson movies are great
Raising Arizona, Fargo, Blood Simple - Coen Brothers movies RULE!
Jackie Brown - Quentin Tarantino flick - gotta love it - the soundtrack to die for.
Sideways - that was pretty funny *warning a little romance in this one*
I love kids movies especially by Pixar: Monsters Inc - my ultimate favorite, Toy Story, The Incredibles, Cars
Big Fish - you see this one? It’s a treasure.
The Dinner Guest - french comedy - so funny you will laugh your ass off!
Adaptation/Being John Malcovich - Charlie Kaufman can write a screenplay!
My neighbor Totoro - japanese animation - awesome
Spirited Away - same director - so awesome you will thank me for this one!!!!!
Little Miss Sunshine
- humorous and wacky
Batman Returns/Memento/Bourne Identity/Iron Man/The Birdcage (robin williams - YOU will laugh)/Eat Drink Man Woman/ Priscilla Queen of the Desert (laugh & great soundtrack)
I could go on forever - I’m a big movie fan
That’s it for now….

Dear Iniya, you are so much stronger than you seem to know. Kind, loving, intelligent human beings like you are not an accident of the universe. All the feedback that you receive here is because we are attracted to your light and your strong spirit. I just love movies, too. Tonight I’ve been watching “The Full Monty”. My favourites are movies about he human condition - and how love triumphs.
Stay strong,
Love,
RubyJean

Just thought of a movie:
Love Actually.
I LOVED this movie. I loved the soundtrack too.
In fact, I may go hunt it down and play it just for me tonight.
Love,
RubyJean
