    Ini, 22 pounds is SO do-able, don’t you think? Why, you are downright gorgeous in that picture! This is your surrogate-second mama speaking: You DO this, Ini!!!! You can and you should! Who wouldn’t want to look like that?????
    C’mon, girl…you deserve to look your best, don’t you? WE all think so. What about you? Whatever it takes, right? My gosh, you are beautiful… you GO, girl!

    As someone who has struggled with her weight her WHOLE life - I have to say - one step at a time.

    Eating is the key :)

    small steps - hey - I’m right there with you! Let’s try for it - I actually look good at 160! ;)
