Lunch: 4 oz fish, salad made with lettuce, cukes, tomatoes, celery, supplement

Dinner: 4 oz parmesan chicken, 4 oz sauteed squash w/ mushrooms, 2 melba toast, water

Snack: Supplement

Dinner: (ate out) grouper with a corn succotash, mushroom soup, one glass of wine, water

Supper: (ate out) 3oz baked fish, 1oz steak, Salad with Italian Dressing, Water
