Hello world!

“Hello World”… that’s what the automatic 1st blog said… and how true… Hello World! I feel like I am in the process of changing from a dull drab caterpillar all wrapped up in layers and layers of cocoon to that beautiful butterfly shown on the front of my page. This has been a journey for many years…but for many years I have been running around in circles… but this time, with the help of so many on this an other sites, the desire to be healthy so that I may be a participant in the rest of my life and not a bystander, and to hopefully make a heart condition not rule my future, I KNOW I will be successful. I know I have to be patient and consistent. I KNOW I am the only one responsible for my actions. No excuses this time… failure is not an option!
