Well, here I am. My weight is currently 186 pds. I used to be pretty skinny about 5-6 yrs ago. I moved and became unhappy and here came all the fat. I am about to move back home and its time to work on my weight. I wanna be happy again
My goals are to lose about 57 pds by losing 2 pds a week. Thats about 28 weeks. I plan to exercise more, I wanna say everyday but thats a hard promise to hold. I want to try and at least exercise 4-5 times a week.
I have a friend, shes Mckenizesmomma on here, who has been an inspiration to me. Shes been doing such a good job and it has gotten me to want to do the same. She has been helping plan on what I need to do.
I plan to eat only 1500 calories a day and exercise as much as I can.

You’ll do it! Just remember when you get discouraged that you have made progress….and no progress is to small…weither its more stamina when doing cardio, more strength when strength training, or a loss on the scale! Just don’t give up…if you don’t get the results you want…review what you have done and be honest with yourself about what you need to change. Also, if you tell yourself that you are too weak to exercise everyday or too tired or that you just can’t do it…then you won’t do it….you have to tell yourself..”It’s only 20 or 30 minutes a day out of a whole 24 hours a day…and I owe it to myself….” and it will pay off!!
