Ohhh Yeahhh!
I have to say, I did awesome today. I really didnt think I was gonna exercise but I put my nephew down for a nap and got on my treadmil. I walked/ jogged mainly. Made it in 15 min. I was sweating like no other. I ate a total of 1325 calories. I still felt hungry alot of the day. I was soooo proud of myself. I was STARVING at work and I so wanted to eat something bad because it was convienent and I was too busy to make my food. But I didnt! I fought it off and ate what I planned. I did have a small salad that wasnt planned but I put barely any dressing and it was just mainly lettuce and green pepper because I wasnt satisfied with my main meal. I just dont get how people eat every few hours and stay with their calories.
I ate
1 waffle and 1/2 banana
Turkey sand with must on 45 calorie bread
1 serving of pringles
a pack of gushers
100 calorie chips (shared with my nephew)
A few wheat crackers with cheese
Small bowll of spaghetti and small salad
kudos bar
I dont know but I felt hungry all day. Well, its time for bed.

Just think this time next week you could be 1-2 more lbs down on your weigh in! Then a total of 5 before you know it….You will be out of the 180’s in NO TIME!
I think if you will stick to around 1300 cal’s and keep up the exercise you’ll see it start to fall off…I think it has been the calorie thing this whole time….since I weigh more than you I get to eat a little more…so that is why I’m at 1500…..but I just read in that book the other day your weight * 7…..wish I would have read it sooner so I could have helped you out……
The lower you get in calories the less you are gonna be able to eat the 100 calorie packs and stuff and stay full……since you won’t have as many calories to eat from your gonna have to eat more of the lower calorie stuff…..lean meats/fish and veggies and fruit…it sucks I know….but you can still eat 100 calorie packs and stuff…..its just that a 100 calorie pack of cookies isn’t much and it isn’t gonna keep you full as long as 100 calories of fruit or 100 calories of veggies….cause there is more in the latter….

Yeah actually Im real close to two pounds. I dont go but the .2, I just go as if I didnt have a scale like that. I dont wanna go but that. I technically weighted 185.2 so I was almost to 184. Yay! Yeah I guess im gonna have to find new things to eat because I find 1300 does go far.
