So im sick of counting the day…

No more counting days, im just gonna title them. I cant keep up with what day im on. So today was a so so day. Not good on food, not horrible until I ate that icecream BUT I felt bad forĀ  eating it so I made myself go 2 miles walking/jogging while watching Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?. After that, I did 75 crunches ( I used my exercise ball) and 30 girl pushups. I was sweating my butt off but I felt GREAT. I knew it all was too good to be true. I couldnt find my phone so I went out to my truck barefoot and i tripped over a piece of wood and about broke my toe and threw my eyes on the hood of my brand new truck. Yeah, its dark so I dont know whether is scratched it but my toe is swelled up and it really sucks, cuz it hurts ,lol. Im also on the my second day of TOM and I have abnormal amounts of energy today and last night. Wierd, but I guess thats good. I got some new vitamins today, I ran out . I was taking Centrum but I got some on sale at Jewel today , One A Day Maximum I think is what its called. Buh bye for now.

    I’m confused….your gonna tell me to stop making excuses and just do it when you have been blogging for 2 months now and haven’t lost a single pound. You still can’t eat right after 2 months of “trying”. When are you gonna start losing weight?

    Next time you wanna go eat 2 plates of spaghetti or ruin the day with some ice cream ask yourself….”What do I want more this ice cream or to lose some fat?” So far you have choosen the food every time. ENY has a great motto - NEVER GIVE UP WHAT YOU WANT MOST FOR WHAT YOU WANT IN THE MOMENT. So….what do you want most….a long term weight loss success or some food right now

    You know….at school I’m around food all day long just like you are at work…..There are a ton of vending machines loaded with junk…..oh and the cafeteria (we got good food and it is all you can eat!) But I choose to skip all that even though it is readily and easily availble to me…..I skip it and bring my lunch and eat that……

    You are doing much much much much better on the exercise (so this message isn’t all bad) and I’m very proud of you for that….BUT…..I just don’t think you are gonna see any results until you start eating right…….You seem to do pretty decent on the days you don’t go to work….but that just seems to be a crutch you lean on….an EXCUSE…..AND on your days off most of the time you do pretty good…..but I think you sit around and think about food all the time….what you can and can’t eat…what you want to eat…and you mistake that for hunger and so you eat and eat and eat and eat everything in sight….I mean somedays I read your list of food and it seems to go on and on and on…and your not really hungry and even if you are you aren’t supposed to eat until your stuffed and cant fit anything else in your face……

    Its time to get serious….you have been sticking to the exercise pretty well…but I’m afraid if you don’t start losing weight soon you will quit and give up on the exercise……so lets get that food under control….

    Start by planning your meals (I think maybe you have already done this?)….and you have to replace old bad habits with new good ones….for example….if at work you eat anytime you see some good looking food that you think will be soooo yummy and the next chance you get that you aren’t busy you grab a plate of it….instead of doing this BAD habit…..replace it with a good one…..first of all ask yourself…AM I REALLY AND TRUELY HUNGRY….IS IT TIME FOR ME TO EAT? OR DO I JUST WANT TO EAT THAT CAUSE IT LOOKS DAMN GOOD?! If your really hungry eat what you planned on eating for that meal and be done….next time you wanna eat instead of eating play a game boy…read a healthy magazine to stay motivated (SHAPE is a good one), clean at work, organize stuff at work, go outside and maybe walk around or do some stretches….I know it is hard cause your there for such a long time….but if this were easy you wouldn’t be fat to begin with….LOL

    Hope some tough love works :D
