Day 50

Today was a pretty darn good day ,id have to say. It started out really slow because I just felt drained. TOM is knocking on my door but hasnt come yet,LOL. I guess im kinda getting screwed up in that department, but anyways, thats not what im blogging about,LOL. I finally got my fat butt up and went for a bike ride. I timed it with my truck when I got home from work and it was about 1.3 miles. Its not that good but oh well its better than nothing. I also worked today and we were kind of busy so alot of running around. I did join the halloween challenge , I want to lose 10 pds by then, thats nothing , its just a small goal.

Breakfast: Jimmy Deans Breakfast Sand

Lunch: Half of turkey sand and salad, granola bar

snack: Wanted a peach but it wasnt very good , so I had yogurt

Dinner-Grilled BBQ Chicken Sand, spinach and watermelon.

I just got off work and its kinda late but my stomach is growling so I need to go find a snack.

Well im gonna get ready for bed.

  1. 10 pounds really is alot for you……when you don’t weigh as much it takes longer for you to lose weight be cause the less you weigh the less amount of energy your body uses to move around and stuff. So its really good that you picked 10 lbs….cause I think it realistic….you could get a nice surprise and lose more….wouldn’t that be nice?? We will see?!?!

  2. yeah, I think its realistic. I have done it before when I was on a diet and I dont know what the heck is up this time. It would be awesome to lose more.
