Day 49

Yeah, im a  little late posting this one. I was too tired last night. I went to bed pretty early. Im kinda starting to think writing these blogs and writing in the forums is pointless. I feel like im talking to myself most of the time. I started out excited but then its just getting boring. Well anyways, I again ate good during the day..had an apple for breakfast , 1 1/2 salami sand with 100 cal chips (45 calorie bread), and I had spaghetti and garlic bread for dinner and then a couple granola bars. Doesnt sound too horrible BUT i had two plates of spaghetti..I was really hungry and I couldnt stop eating it was soo good. THats ALWAYS my problem. TOM is here and im feeling kind of tired. I dont really understand why that happens. Well thats it for now.

You’r probably feeling a little extra tired because your body uses more calories during TOM….imagine exercising non-stop all day long….cause that is kinda how TOM uses extra calories…all day long! That is why if you really stick to your diet and exercise plan hard during TOM you can get a big WHOOSH at the end!

    As for the forums….why do you feel like you are talking to yourself….is it because no one is replying to you or something? The only one I can see you posting in is the 5lb challenge…people pretty much just get on that one to weigh in…there isn’t alot of support there…..you should sign up for the Halloween challenge….it just started. There is alot more support there….plus the more you log in and post the more people get to know you and they talk to you a lot more! :D Maybe I will see you on the halloween challenge!

  2. Oh my gosh, I feel for you. My TOM does that to me as well. I feel like life is sucked out of me. My doctor says it is lower iron from the cycle. So I eat more iron rich foods and it helps a little.

  3. I used to have those uncontrollable urges to eat pasta and other things but over time have learned how to eat so that I don’t have those. Things have gotten so much better. Please be encouraged that the *daily* adds up to the *breakthrough.* I find my planning and fixing food times very tedious, but they are adding up to getting me to where I want to go. And, I’ve studied what factors are necessary for succesful long term change and support is one of them. You are probably being read much more than you realize. We both need to put a thing in our blog that measures traffic so when people don’t leave comments we can still see they were there. You are doing well just to still be here. Thanks for posting your truth! This really helps you and all of us.

  4. Joy-Thanks, im taking vitamins but maybe ill find a food thats got more iron in it.

    Melissa- Yeah I dont feel much support lately, im so used to reading your blogs and I dont have many to read ..so POST MORE, LOL. Maybe ill look into the Halloween challenge.

  5. Yeah I been bad! But new month…new challenge! So here I go again! I’m feeling a little more settled in and confident about my schedule! So….I think I’m back on track! I’m glad your here to want to read my blog….helps me get here to blog knowing someone is waiting on it!!! LOL! :D
