Day 47 and 48

Well I didnt post yesterday so im posting for both days. I keep starting the day off so well and end so bad. Tonight wasnt as bad as last night but im still changing my eating and exercising some and still not losing anything. I dont understand, not even a pound. I weight myself this morning and what do ya know, 186. Its like im eating better than I used too even though its not perfect yet and im adding more activity but im maintaining my weight. Doesnt make sense, I could go back to eating what I want all day and sit on my butt and weigh the same. I dunno, im pmsing TOM is just around the corner so I could still retaining water. On the other hand, I have been drinking crazy amts of water and nothing. Shouldnt that be helping? I havent had anything besides water and just a diet 7up and ice tea, unsweetned a couple of times, for weeks now. I guess im either gonna have to kick up the exercise or try harder on eating LESS. I did go for a bike ride today and I cleaned my truck , oh and I worked too. It was really hot today too. I dunno, one day I will get this.
