up at 7am this morning.  sat around for 30 minutes dreading the inevitable workout.  finally forced my shoes on and headed downstairs, back to the shitty eliptical for 15 mins and more walk/run intervals on the treadmill for 15 mins.  i was able to catch some of the olympics: kayaking and basketball.  our basketball team looks fierce.  all those muscles inpired me to run faster and sweat harder…

    The Olympics is totally inspiring to watch, all that athletic talent. I did see a blurb about Michael Phelps that says he tried to eat 12,000 calories a day. Good lord. I wanna be Michael Phelps!

    If you’d stop staying up to look at all those athletic bods, you wouldn’t be so sleepy! ah well, where’s the fun in that?…

    I went to water aerobics tonight. I’m going to try to eat 12,000 calories at dinner. Isn’t that what the athletes do?
