<p>And that comment brings me to now - a horrible few days of eating and non water drinking. Booo on my part.</p>
<p>Thanksgiving came and went and with that TOM paid a visit. Had a few days of sheer depression. I ate what seemed like any and everything, no exercise in site and water I guess I thought it didn&#8217;t exsist.</p>
<p>NO! I am not looking forward to tomorrows weigh in.</p>

<p>It all started lastnight with brownies I baked him and the vanilla ice cream I served with them. Today will consist of his birthday lunch at Sticky Fingers ( we love this place) and his birthday dinner at Sakuras ( can you say sushi!) - Who knows if my mom will have him a Carvel ice cream cake which by the way is his favorite.</p>
<p>As you see this day is gonna be a tricky possibly weight gaining day.</p>

<p>I have listed a few people and things I am thnakful for that I feel have gotten me to the point of sucess I am at.</p>
<ol>
<li>God first and always - my strength, ability and determination come from none other than God</li>
<li>My husband who is and always will be my biggest fan. My push when I need it.</li>
<li>My good friend Double N as she was sooo kind to give me a great treadmil that has now gotten me into the love of jogging/running</li>
<li>My mom cause everytime she comes over she comments that I never have anything sweet to eat - my sweet is differnt than heres</li>
<li>My brother cause he always says all you have is healthy stuff - thats a great thing!</li>
<li>Myself for the days I do it when I know it would be so much easier to give in even if I didn&#8217;t give up.</li>
</ol>

<p>1. snack (cheese sticks, hard boil eggs etc.) Never go without a snack as it will cause you to overeat/overindulge</p>
<p>2. water water water - be sure to drink lots of it to flush out any of the off plan eats</p>
<p>3. portion control - if you want something off plan be sure to be mindful of your portion size (small scoop is all you need)</p>
<p>4. everything in moderation - have a lil something off plan but not all day off plan</p>
<p>5. exercise - move your body to burn up those extra calories</p>
