I seem to be doing pretty well with phase 1. Hunger is a major thing for me right now since TOM has come to visit yet I seem to be doing okay.
Lastnight was the first time I have exercised in over a week and it was just softball practice which my arm is feeling it today. I have got to get my butt in gear and workout.
I am definetly sleeping better. It’s amazing how your eating has a way of making your sleep functions different. Glad mine are for the good.
I am sticking real strick with the rules this go round. In the past I have changed some things like no beans, to much dairy or nuts. Not this time it’s strict and to the rule.
Won’t be weighing in tomorrow hubby and I have decided to change weigh day to Tuesdays so check back then.
