time to workout August 19, 2008
After having Mono and feeling so fatigued, tired, weak etc. I made a promise to myself that when I felt like working out I would and if I didn’t I would simply rest. I have no real set workout schedule however I do try to get at least 30 minutes a day of exercise 7 days a week.
For the past month-month in a half I have been doing walk away the lbs, treadmil, weight training and just now adding in tae bo bootcamp.
- walk away the lbs I love this video is so energetic, up beat and a quick workout that I feel I have done something good for my body
- treadmil has been mostly high intensity walking but recently I have incorprated some running
- weight training is with my 3, 5 & 10lb hand weights working upper and lower body
- bootcamp well that word speaks for itself - it’s a hard core sweaty workout that when I am done I feel worked out. I love it cause I can feel my body changing as I do it.
